Nick’s Professional Training Team will provide you World Class Hands On Detailing Training. You will learn the proper steps and procedures to wash and prep vehicles that you are going to detail. During the Exterior Training day, you will learn the proper way to clean the engine compartment, wet sanding scratch removal, paint correction and polishing, exterior detailing steps. I recently completed Nick Vacco’s detailing training course and was genuinely impressed by the depth and quality of the instruction. I attended the exterior detailing day along with the interior/headlight restoration day, where Chase and Nolan were outstanding trainers for myself and the two other trainees. They took the time to explain not just how to perform each step, but why each process matters, and I believe that that is very valuable to understand.
Before taking this class, I thought detailing was mostly a 3 step, rudimentary washing, waxing, and vacuuming. But I very quickly realized it’s much more than that. There are dozens of specialized chemicals that are each designed for very specific materials and situations for both the interior and exterior portions of detailing.
The amount of knowledge behind proper paint correction, interior restoration, and product selection/application was far beyond what I had initially expected. What stood out most was how hands-on and how in-depth the training was.
For myself, my best way of learning is by a tactile means and so to actually be able to use tools to effectively detail a car while simultaneously learning the importance of each chemical, tool, technique, etc. was a fantastic experience to be able to have.
I’d highly recommend this detailing training course to anyone who is wanting to learn how to properly detail a vehicle and wants to start their own business. To whoever is truly committed to wanting to learn/improve business skills and professional car detailing skills, this course is definitely worth it in my opinion.

The Detail Czar 3-day training program gave me everything I need to know to run my business! The first day was the business class, where I learned everything from what insurances I need to how to get my LLC set up. The information I got that first day was extremely beneficial for my future and gave me a clear direction moving forward.

I just recently completed the two day paint correction exterior and interior detail class with Nick, Frank and Chris at the Detail Czar’s shop, along with a good friend and coworker. We both are ‘car guys’ but not professional detailers. I really enjoyed my experience! We both came in to the course looking to gain personal knowledge and growth, specifically for paint correction and ceramic coating. I’m Kaden Bell from East St. Louis, IL. I Drove 9-10 hours to Pittsburgh for the Detail Czar training. I’ve had experience detailing from trial and error. It was great soaking in the knowledge and experience of Mr. Nick Vacco and his two trainers Chris and Chase. On day 1 learning and understanding the business portion of auto detailing and steps to make it easier and sure of the service you are trying to provide.
Exterior cleaning training, paint correction and ceramic coating on day 2. Day 3 interior cleaning training as well as dressing interior, carpet extraction, headliner cleaning and ceramic coating on leather seats, and to finish it with headlight restoration. Training was more extensive and more detailed then I thought. If you are not confident in your work to take on clients an be an actual “Detailer” this will surely help you.

I attended the Detail Czar training course November 7th-9th 2025. The class was amazing! The first day was the business side of operating a detailing business. To me this was the most important day for me. Nick explained the process of setting up your detailing company. He gave us hand outs and went over them line by line. He made it simple to understand and examples to follow when making a business plan.
Day 2 was a complete detail with paint correction and the ceramic coating. We detailed an older Honda SUV that was in bad shape. I was able to follow all the steps and do paint correction and ceramic coating for the first time. His trainers worked with me until I was proficient with using the Rupes polishers.
Day 3 was the interior training. If you are new to detailing like I am, the process we followed was great and showed me to do things step-by step so you don’t miss the small things. Overall, the class was amazing. If you are just starting out this is the class for you.

I semi-optimistically traveled 9 hours from Springfield Illinois to check out Nick Vacco and his auto detailing training experience, to say the least when I got there, I was blown away by the hospitality that Nick and the trainees showed! The first day was all business literally but not too strenuous or too drawn out for those new to the game. The second training day involve the trainers which were Chase and Cole with hands-on experience with exterior auto detailing.
Chase and Cole were great trainers, they both practice patience and were very knowledgeable with their portion of the training, hats off to those guys too. The third day was interior cleaning and headlight restoration and the trainer that day was Chris, another very nice young man knowledgeable down to earth and knew his stuff. Also, I like to add Nick gave his guys to do their training and anytime Nick could lend a hand and add his two cents in a good way he did so I appreciate that.

I had a great time learning from Nick at the Detail Czar Certified Detailer Licensee Training last weekend! Friday was a really good day of learning so much important information about how to run and scale my detailing business! All the questions that I had on the exterior were answered on Saturday, and I learned how to correct paint, understand why it’s done the way it’s done and learned how to apply sealant (which is way better than wax) and even learned how to apply ceramic coatings.
I was taught how to apply 3-year ceramic and also a 5-year ceramic coating. I also learned how to price my services and what markets to sell to. And Sunday was great for a refresher on the interior. I learned a lot of things that I didn’t know and also an efficient order in which to do them.
