Testimonials

Clint Allerton – Auto Detail Doctor

In 2010, I attended a three-day professional auto detailing training program led by Nick Vacco. At the time, I was just getting started in the detailing industry and was looking for a way to gain the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to build a successful business in Columbus, Ohio.

What stood out immediately was how much there was to learn. The training provided far more than basic detailing techniques. Nick shared years of industry experience, practical knowledge, and proven business strategies that helped me better understand both the technical and operational sides of running a professional detailing company.

Throughout the course, I received hands-on instruction in proper washing, paint correction, polishing, and vehicle appearance enhancement. Just as importantly, I learned about customer service, pricing, workflow management, and the systems necessary to operate a successful detailing business.

The training also introduced me to professional-grade tools, equipment, and products that helped establish a higher standard for the work I would later provide to my own customers. Having the opportunity to learn in a structured environment accelerated my learning curve and gave me the confidence to pursue detailing as a full-time career.

Since completing the training, I have built Auto Detail Doctor into a professional paint protection and detailing business serving vehicle owners throughout Central Ohio. Over the years, I've expanded my services to include advanced ceramic coating in Columbus, Ohio, paint protection film installation in Columbus, Ohio, and paint correction while continuing to build on the foundation that was established early in my career.

For anyone considering a career in auto detailing or looking to improve their skills, investing in professional training can be one of the most valuable decisions you make. The knowledge, experience, and confidence gained through quality instruction can provide benefits that last throughout your entire career.

Shane De La Torre – One of the best experiences I’ve ever had

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I learned so much from Nick Vacco and his awesome trainers Chase and Nolan. Would recommend any new or experienced detailer to do the training!

Nico Scalia – This weekend was amazing overall

This weekend was amazing overall at the Detail Czar training. Friday all about marketing and the actual business part. Saturday was so much detail with the contact wash. They teach great - Nick, Chase, Chris, and Nolan were amazing. Amazing trainers amazing people. They all know what they’re doing. This was a huge investment for me and my company. The cool thing is Nick is a mentor for life after this class. He doesn’t chase the transaction he’s building relationships.
